Within our works we have automatic shot blasting facilities that can prepare pipes up to 1000mm diameter for external coatings, whilst larger sizes are prepared manually.
After blasting you can choose from a range of coatings, from water based primers to glass flake coatings and coal tar epoxies.
Stocks of the most commonly specified paints are kept at Dalton to ensure customers orders can be progressed quickly.
Once coated, pipes are protected from damage during handling and loading to ensure they leave our works in perfect condition.
